I. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://apran.moledikasion.education/ (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution.

II. User-Generated Content (UGC)
As an LMS, we allow students and educators to upload, post, and share content ("User Content").
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
License to Platform: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the LMS services.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. Under the ICT Act of Mauritius, users are prohibited from sharing content that is obscene, indecent, false, or likely to cause annoyance or distress.

III. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass the Platform's security.
Engage in harassment or "cyber-bullying," which may be subject to criminal penalties under Mauritian law.

IV. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by Mauritian law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
